"La limpieza era buena todos los días los baños y regaderas estaban limpios, un lugar acogedor.
El problema como en todo algunos huéspedes no respetan a otros a la hora de dormir pero de ahí en fuera el personal de recepción muy amables.
Lo recomiendo ojalá así sigan "
"Only stayed for one night but we were made to feel so welcome; the facilities and room were amazing, especially the shower!! Rooftop bar and restaurant were great also. Would 100% stay again!"
"Clean room, excellent/quality breakfast with many options, friendly and well-staffed, wonderful rooftop bar/restaurant. Great value to walk to activities in and around the Zocalo. Very close to the subway, bus, and easy pick up options for Uber/Didi"

"Convenient location, clean, recently remodeled, fairly quiet. Ate breakfast at in house restaurant once - it was okay, but not that great. On subsequent days during our week long stay we had breakfast elsewhere which we enjoyed more. "
"The hotel is an iconic gem in the heart of Mexico City at the Zocalo. It was a treat to be able to enjoy the beauty of this hotel in the heart of the city. Staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel's age and the location come with some downsides - the main entrance of the hotel is within a pedestrian zone making access for cars and taxis confusing. The hallway outside our room had a distinctive odor of mold despite being very clean - the room and bathroom were immaculate. The rate reflected a fair balance of the hotel's breathtaking beauty and luxury and the noted challenges. Special thanks to the porter Emanuel Guerrera"
"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Histórico Central! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the 24-hour concierge made everything so convenient. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located in the heart of Mexico City—close to restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The service exceeded our expectations, and we truly felt welcomed and taken care of throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mexico City!"
