"Spacious room with comfortable bed. Toiletries were good quality and complimentary wine and coffee was appreciated. There were tea bags but no kettle which was confusing but otherwise room facilities were excellent. The hotel is beautiful particularly the restaurant. Breakfast was generous and a very good range of food and drink was on offer. Good location to access all the sites, with a convenient tram stop close by. Highly recommend this hotel. "

The hotel staff is welcoming and professional, the rooms are spacious and spotless, and the service is excellent. Breakfast was outstanding as well.
The location is absolutely perfect—close to all the main points of interest this wonderful city has to offer, with the Palladium Mall just steps away. We will definitely be back!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel lobby was spacious and there was plenty of seating. The music that was played in the evening was in keeping with the period of the building. The staff were helpful and friendly. There was a wide selection of options at breakfast. The hotel was in a really good location. The Old Town is just a short walk away. There were lots of restaurants and shops just around the corner from the hotel too. "
