House 5 minutes walk from the lake and the port.

Terraced house including a room on the floor with bed of 140, a room in mezzanine with bed of 120, in the rez of putting on room of bath with tub and TOILET, 2 bunk beds and a room to be lived with click clac. Kitchenette equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave. Sheets provided and beds made on arrival. Enclosed garden of 100 m2 with sunbathing. Adjoining room for bikes and surf. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Many activities at the port: restaurants, lively evenings, night walks, food, boat rentals, pedal boats and bicycles, mini golf, tennis, carousel, equestrian center, skate park.
The ocean is 12 km accessible by car or bike (bike path).
The children's island (5 minutes walk) for the youngest with playground and castle and for the largest inflatable structures and a wave park (water skiing cable).

Deuxième séjour pour nous dans cette maison et certainement pas le dernier !On adore!Très très bien placée, agréable, joli jardin ombragé.A 2 ou 300m environ de la plage et du port d'Hourtin Lac mais néanmoins dans une zone calme. L'île aux enfants est aussi accessible facilement à pied.Bon couchages. Lits faits à notre arrivée et sans supplément !Tout petits bémols pour les grands/gros: un luminaire très bas dans lequel mon conjoint (1m83 et 120kg) n'arrêtait pas de se cogner et wc difficiles à utiliser car la place est trop étroite pour qu'il puisse s'asseoir normalement (wc coincés entre un mur et un meuble). Moi et mes enfants en revanche n'avions aucuns problèmes .Il méritait largement 5 étoiles l'an dernier pour la propreté. Cette année, ce n'était pas parfait donc 4/5 mais malgré tout c'était correct pour une location. J'aurais mis 4.5 si cela avait été possible . Quand au rapport qualité prix, il est excellent pour cette zone.

Vraiment bien pour passer des vacances avec des enfants. L'endroit est bien clos, tranquille et bien que la maison ne soit pas très grande (c'est une maison de vacances) elle est suffisante et correctement équipée. Nous avons passé la plus grande partie de notre temps dehors de toute façon.Idéalement situé près du lac du port du vendeur de crêpes chichi glaces et autre pour le goûter Nous avons été très bien accueillis et Véronique et son époux nous ont proposé de prendre la location la veille car il n'y avait personne avant nous. Une attention très gentille dont nous avons profité.Merci à eux
