"Le personnel a l’accueil est désagréable et condescendant. Nous sommes arrivés à 21h on nous a donné une chambre sale avec une chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionne pas et des toilettes qui fuit. Nous étions 4 et nous n’avons que deux draps, quand nous avons demander à changer de chambre on nous a dit que ce n’était pas possible avant lendemain, nous avons donc passé une nuit sans toilette avec deux enfants dont un en situation d’handicap. "I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
