"We loved the stay here. The villas we stayed in was nicely sized, had all the amenities we needed. short walk to the nearby beach. others can access it but villas had their own lounge chairs with key. Main pool only open 5pm and later but each unit has a pool if needed. honestly, ocean is so much better as the water is clear and temperature perfect. few restaurants in walking distance. store just a short 2 minutes drive. central location about hour to chania, 90 minutes to south side. "This home is 5 star and will not disappoint. We had two rooms with hot tub. We also had breakfast buffet daily. We went to the spa twice and highly recommend using spa services. We did not eat dinner in the hotel b/c there are so many good options seaside or in the old town. Overall staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location of the hotel is amazing. It was easy to get sun chairs...and the beach access if very close (short walk 1-2 min). The hotel has many small restaurants nearby, if we want to stay local. The old town is a 30 min walk, but you can either walk on the beach to get there or past numerous restaurants and shops. It's a fun walk. If you want to take taxi, it is easy to get taxi and fee will be 8E. We had such a fun time and will come back next year. Cannot say anything negative about this property."

"You cannot fault this hotel. The rooms were bright,spacious and the beds were oh so comfortable. There was a wide and varied choice of food. But I think what stands out the most was the exceptional staff. Their customer service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. They were flexible and helpful. I would especially like to mention both Lisa Smith in guest services and Despina who was serving in the water park bar. Both went out of their way to be kind, helpful and extremely friendly. I would also like to mention the new water park. The variety of slides appeals to all ages and the splash pad is excellent for smaller guests. Overall we had a fantastic stay."

"Hotel easy to find, next to large supermarket on a main road, a mile from the cross island route. Some parking, 3 allocated spaces and then on street parking nearby Has a lift but some stairs involved for most rooms. Room was a 2 room apartment with a large lounge/kitchen area, with a large Smart TV, oven, hob and fridge. Balcony off each room, large shower room, and plenty of storage space. Complimentary breakfast was good. Pool area limited, not enough sunbeds and begins to lose sun from about 3pm. Staff were pleasant and helpful. 100yds from the massive beach and its safe promenade full of bars and restaurants leading to town, about a mile away. The main road option I would avoid on foot, parked cars and busy junctions."
