"This hotel is excellent. It lived up to its reputation. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our only regret was not having a mini fridge in our room. It’s not real close to a metro line if you are lugging suitcases but it wasn’t too bad. The restaurants aren’t real close for walking either. But this hotel has spacious rooms and very nice staff. "

"Pros: Easy walk to the stadium, wonderful, welcoming staff and a nice bar that is open late with a very cute outdoor lounge area. Very relaxed, nice atmosphere throughout the hotel. Con: No air condition and all fans had been given out. We slept with our window open all night until it started to rain. It was hot in the room even with the window open. But, we were there in a heat wave, so perhaps it would be more tolerable on a regular summer day. "

We had a comfort room which was suitable for 2 people although the layout for shower and sink being open to the main room took getting used too. "A lovely property with lots of character. Unfortunately, we only stayed one day and that was a Sunday. The problem with staying on a Sunday is that the restaurant is closed and there is nowhere, either at the hotel or locally to get food. Our room whilst decorated beautifully and complete with everything you could want including robes and slippers was high up with a sloped roof that my wife on two occasions nearly knocked herself out. However, you will not find better and more friendly staff...
