Wow, is the word that best sums up our experience while staying here! Clean and spacious, this updated and well equipped property is located in a quiet residential area, yet close to everything Hot Springs has to offer. If ever we return to Hot Springs, we would hope to stay at this property again.

Beautiful stay!

The property is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place for a couple looking to get away! Communication was easy and the host was very responsive regarding check-in/out. We had no issues at all while we were there, everything was great! We walked to Oaklawn from the house and it was also only a quick 5 minute drive to bathhouse row. I love Hot Springs, so we've saved the link and hope to be back soon!

We booked this to stay the night so we could attend a concert at Oaklawn & it was perfect! Short walk to the track. The space was clean, bright, quiet, and very comfortable. Will definitely book again!

Close to Oak Lawn Casino

We love horse racing and this VRBO is only 1 1/2 blocks away from the casino/horsetrack. It is located approx. 5 minutes from downtown, driving. There are 3 properties to stay, the main house and a detached building that has apt. B on the ground level and apt. C on the second floor. We stayed upstairs. It has been remodeled very well, and it is clean and nicely furnished. The king-size bed was comfortable and the kitchen had just enough supplies to cook. The host was very informative in VRBO messages and seemed easy to reach if needed. We did not have any reason to contact the host. The only issue we see is the parking for apts B-C. It is a single-lane driveway with little room for 2 full-size vehicles to park. Luckily our vehicle and other guests had mid-size SUVs so not too bad to get in and out of. We would definitely recommend a stay here, especially if going to Oak Lawn.
