Anniversary trip

The cottage was clean, had a nice kitchen for cooking, a pretty view, and an easy walk into town. We'll stay here again for future trips to Hot Springs.

This place was incredible! Comfy beds and sofas, plenty of space, kitchen was perfect, hot tub out back, what more could you ask for? Waking distance from beautiful lovers leap and the Appalachian trail.

This cabin is in a great spot within walking distance to town. It is a little musty as mountain cabins often are but otherwise very clean and comfortable.

Trailside AT haven

Trailside cottage was perfect for relaxing after a few days on trail. The furniture is comfortable and the kitchen stocked with all I needed. The town is quiet and the views serene. I'd certainly plan on staying again on my next trip to Hot Springs.

Basecamp for awesome

Location was amazing, great views, cozy and really practical house. Walking distance to everything - including fishing, AT, brewery,etc. We loved it. Definitely going back!

Good location if your just looking to get away from everything and just relax a few things needed to be cleaned but we made we cleaned them I guess the house keeper/cleaning lady was in a hurry or just didnt do a thorough cleaning

Great base for hiking and enjoying Hot Springs

The house is very comfortable - it had everything we needed for our stay - pots, dinnerware, etc in the kitchen and towels, paper goods in the bathroom. The bed we used was very comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub after our hikes! We were a short walk to Big Pillow brewery and other places in town.

Spring Break!

The property is within walking distance to the quaint little town which includes restaurants, local art, and shopping. The house was clean and well stocked. We've been vacationing in Hot Springs for almost 20yrs and will be back! Some of the best communication I've experienced with a property owner.

Great location

We had a fun time at this very comfortable cottage. Hot Springs is a neat, super friendly town and is an easy walk from the property. The Appalachian Trail is next door. The hot tub looked inviting but we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it. Melanie was responsive and helpful. Would def stay again.

Our weekend at Hots Springs was amazing. The house worked well for everyone, super close to downtown and trails. Loved hanging out on the porch and around the fire pit. Melanie was very attentive to all our needs. Would definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed staying in this cottage. There is a private hot tub that we didn't use. There are lots of books, puzzles and tv. The house is old, but nice. We liked sitting on the porch with our wine and coffee.
