Great condo very quiet

The sun set and rise were beautiful it is a very quiet and peaceful place to stay and enjoy and relax and reflect on life going back in August I highly recommend this place for couples who want to just relax and connect with each other

Getaway

We absolutely loved the view!! The condo was everything and more. It was located right in the middle of everything . very quiet and peaceful. My husband loved being able to walk down the sidewalk to fish every morning and afternoon. We will definitely be back soon!!!

Beautiful place, beautiful view

My husband and I stayed here for a mini getaway. Location was great, view was amazing, condo was very clean. We had no complaints. Will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Place

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this unit. Don’t let the outside building appearance dissuade you. It’s dated, but the condo is absolutely pristine and so beautifully decorated. It’s a great spot to stay when visiting Hot Springs

Anniversary trip

The property was exactly as it was on the app! The host a binder with a lot of great suggestions! There was a little hair in the shower and the toilet seat was broken, but useable and even with that I’d book it again. Plus there was cleaning supplies so I was able to clean the shower, which was very minimal cleaning. The view was spectacular, my hubs and I sat on the balcony and watched the sunrise over the water each day we were there. Go ahead and book it!

This is a very nice condo!

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The view was beautiful and the condo was tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was provided. The bedding was very nice. And the price was much better than most of the hotels! We will stay here again.

Peaceful

“Don’t judge a book by its cover!” My first impression of the outside building itself is a little outdated. The inside is beautiful and clean. The view is gorgeous and peaceful. It was perfect for my husband and I to unwind for a couple of days. Would stay again!

Location was perfect

This property was very clean and super close to all that hot springs had to offer. The only hiccup we had was our faucet in the bathroom had a continuous leak but other than that everything was great. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom, very detailed binder of restruants/menus and popular things to do in hot springs, and the AC always kept our condo very cold which was nice. Overall I would definitely recommend family and friends to stay here!

Cute condo by lake

We really liked this condo- very nicely decorated and all needed amenities. The view of the lake is great. Location was perfect for things we wanted to do.Was very comfortable for the two of us. Minor problem with sliding door to deck- owner was made aware of need to have fixed.

Condo as advertised

Enjoyed our four night stay on the lake. Condo was perfect for just the wife and I. Great location. Sat on the patio each evening which was relaxing with a glass of wine while taking in the views. Was able to take advantage of the boat dock when renting a boat. Didn’t have to drive somewhere as the boat came to us. Poolside was nice as well. Was very quiet and peaceful. Would recommend this condo to anyone visiting the Hot Springs area.

Beautiful location, comfy condo and good value

We had a wonderful stay in the condo. Pictures and description are accurate — it is a clean, well kept, nicely appointed, comfortable condo with a balcony that has a lovely view overlooking Lake Hamilton. Check in/check out was easy and the owner was responsive and easy to deal with. Our only regret is that the screen door was stuck so we couldn’t keep the door to the balcony open to enjoy the fresh lakeside air — a very small regret, and we made good use of the balcony anyway. Thank you!

Lake Hamilton

Great view of the lake. Location was nice, quiet. Close to the grocery store. Condo was nicely updated. Bed was very soft and comfortable. AC temp was nice. As noted in previous reviews, the leaking bathtub faucet needed attention. If staying in, limited viewings with live YouTube. Overall, nice stay.

View was great but couldn't open sliding door more than 2 feet/ doesn't slide well, floor was gritty like sand, bed sagging in middle and pillows uncomfortable. Location was good.

Adequate

Easy access, nice layout, great view, adequate furnishing, plenty of kitchen utensils, pots, pans, etc. YouTube Live TV was fine. First impression musty smell. Previous reviews of leaky bath faucet and patio sliding door issues not fixed, but weren’t a big deal. Sliding door in bedroom was unlocked. Not sure of the purpose in the first place. Didn’t find this out until we got back from dinner. Fortunately, nothing missing. There is a water leak from the ceiling in the bedroom to the right of the tv near the closet. Likely the source of the musty smell. General impression, lots of masked problems that should be addressed sooner rather than later.

My Review

Pros: Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants etc. Nice kitchen. Tastefully decorated. Quite. Easy access and parking. Good view of the lake. Clean sheets and bedding. AC worked fine. Bed is very soft. Pillows very soft and comfortable. Nice smell when entered apartment. Cons: Constant leaking bathtub faucet--we closed the door at night because the sound of the leaking faucet was quite annoying. Molded shower curtain (which my husband and I sprayed down with bathroom cleaner and Lysol). Bathroom walls need to be wiped down. Cabinet and baseboards in bathroom need to be cleaned. Under rim of toilet needs to be cleaned. Under rim of sink needs to be cleaned. Bedroom mirror needs to be cleaned. Most of the apartment needed dusting. Upon entering there was a note regarding t.v.'s which reads as follows: "I am apologizing in advance for the t.v. service. I have dealt w/Premere cable for 2 days to NO AVAIL. Today we installed Firestick. I'm hoping you will be able to navigate it. You should have plenty of channels. The satellite in the bedroom is not working. You will go to U tube tv on the screen when asked who's watching click on " then it's the person's name. The tv wasn't a big issue with us as we were out and about most of the time. Over all it was a nice stay. None of these issues were addressed with the manager---the apartment should have been completely cleaned and ready for the incoming quest.
