Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa
We have stayed at the Arlington for years. This trip was terrible. The carpet in the room was completely nasty. The walls were filthy. Paint was chipped. I was extremely disappointed. It used to be such a beautiful property. We did enjoy the lobby area, as always. But the room was unacceptable.

Walked into the room to find the drawer front missing and the contents of the drawer showing. The front of the refrigerator was dirty. The carpets at the elevator were dirty. The refrigerator in the breakfast area was unclean and did not make for a good eating experience. The trash cans were overflowing ...

Motel 6 Hot Springs, AR

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Hot Springs by IHG
Building seemed a little older but it was clean and comfortable. The Air conditioning was a little annoying - at 70 degrees was freezing but at 71 the heat would kick on. My kid forgot a toothbrush they had a disposable one they gave us that was very helpful. Staff was kind and knowledgeable!
