Quiet neighborhood, near restaurants and shopping

This house fit all our needs for a great vacation. The house was very clean and welcoming. There is a huge fenced in backyard - great if you need a place for dogs to run. Open kitchen, dining room, and living space which gives plenty of room to move around. You do not feel closed in with plenty of windows and doors. Bedrooms had different sizes beds which was great for a family. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Daughters wedding

My daughter got married at the Carl House. It was very close to the venue and local stores. The house was very nice and spacious. My only suggestion would be the shower in the master bathroom needs to be bigger. The fenced in back yard was great. The host was really good communicating! I would recommend and would stay there again if need arise!

Ladies Spring Trip

This was my social club's annual spring trip. Supposed to be six of us but only four made the trip. Other than two windows that wouldn't lock, the property was as described. We were comfortable and lacked for nothing. Communication with owner was excellent! Smoothest check-in and check-out ever using VRBO. Chalkboard was a nice touch! We listed our daily activities there. Would stay there again.

Quiet & beautiful

We came for a weekend & loved our stay here. It is a 13 min drive to the chaetuea elan winery. The home was perfect for our ittle family with our 1 yr old & grandparents. We asked the property manager for a pack and play , which he had ready for us when we arrived. To our surprise it was a very clean pack and play (basically brand new!) He also had clean infant bedding, blankets, sheets for the pack and play. The pack and play also had a comfy baby mattress so it wasnt just the flat piece on the bottom which was a huge plus!! The master bedroom has a ac vented mini walk in closet in which we placed the pack and play to allow minimal light for our son to sleep in which was great. The rooms are a bit small without dressers but its alright for us. The masterbath shower was very tiny & was a bit difficult to maneuver in. The beds, omg the beds were incredibly comfortable & cozy with comfortable bedding and a temperpedic mattress topper, made us not want to get up in the mornings. We loved our stay and look forward to returning some day!
