This house rental is located 1 mile from Lake Lanier Islands' main entrance and is available to be rented out to accommodate the lodging needs for the visitors of Lake Lanier Islands! Lake Lanier Islands is a popular wedding venue, home to "Margaritaville" and "LandShark Landing" and so many other lakeside attractions, activities and events. We offer our house to accommodate your stay up to 9 guests to give you a 5 star Buford, GA experience!

On the main floor you will find a master bed and bath with a king size bed, Jacuzzi tub and a walk in shower; a fully applianced kitchen which opens up to the eat in kitchen and living room, a formal dining room, a half bath and first floor laundry which is available to guests.

On the second floor you will find an additional 2 bedrooms which each have queen beds and a large bonus room which also has 2 queen beds. There is also a full bath to accommodate guests on the second floor.

Open the french doors off of the eat in in kitchen to find a bricked patio which offers outdoor square footage for entertaining! It is fully equipped with patio furniture, lounging chairs and a gas grill. It is beautifully landscaped and surrounded with flowers which offers a peaceful outdoor area to hang out. Experience the ambiance this environment has to offer under the pergola with white lights and the sound of the waterfall from the goldfish pond in the background. Need entertainment for the kids? There is charming playhouse with a slide that is a big hit with children. Follow the stepping stones to the backyard where you will find a fire pit, chairs, and the perfect setup for corn hole boards! It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, afternoon lunches and peaceful nights.

Gorgeous property and super kind host (who even baked us brownies!). We were in town for our daughter’s wedding in Buford, and this house was the perfect location for us to get to all festivities and have somewhere quiet to sleep after. House was immaculate, beds were incredibly soft, all amenities (towels, etc) were readily available, and checking in/out was super easy. Highly recommend staying at Luann’s property! She was lovely to work with!

We had a great stay at this property and would definitely stay again. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We were in town for a wedding at Lake Lanier and the location was perfect.

Luann was the sweetest host and so responsive through the process. We had such a wonderful time. The house was clean and inviting. We felt like we were staying at a friend or family members home. The kids loved it too and said they didn’t want to leave the house. Luann was sweet to leave fish food for them so they could feed the fish in the pond. The yard was so charming and great for play as well. I could write so much more, but I highly recommend staying here and the lake was so incredibly beautiful. So many things to do and the location was extremely convenient.

Splendid Retreat, Perfect Location

This home was exactly what we needed, a cozy, relaxing hideaway, right in the heart of everything. A small group of friends stayed here while in town for a larger event. This was as perfectly close as anyone needed to get to the action at the resort, and just far enough to get away from it all and escape. We'd definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion at Camp Margaritaville at Lake Lanier. Part of our family stayed at this house rental. It was so convenient to the camp ground! Perfect for our annual reunion!

Quiet, Comfy and Spacious!

We arrived Dec 26 and were happy that the home was tastefully decorated for Christmas. Plenty of space for our 5 adults and 2 children. The kids LOVED the outdoor play spaces and adults enjoyed relaxing evenings by the fire pit. Home is conveniently located for exploring the lake area, cute town of Buford, Georgia Aquarium, Helen, GA, Chateau Elan, and more. Beds were comfy, water hot and with good pressure, Host was swift in communicating with any needs. Enjoyed our stay!

Comfortable, clean and convenient!

This property accommodated our family's needs perfectly. My husband and I were accompanied by 2 adult children and 2 grandchildren. Your home provided beds and space for all. The location was very convenient to our destination-Lake Lanier's Margaritavelle/Snow Island as a treat for our grandchildren for Winter Break. There were many convenient restaurants nearby. Excellent location and beautiful home..

This was an amazing home. Clean, great location, wonderful backyard with slide, cornhole, and a fire pit. Deer walked through the yard one afternoon. Homeowner's instructions were clear to follow and they even left freshly made brownies! Definitely recommend.

Brother Reunion

Every year i plan a reunion between with my husband's brothers and wives. It is a chance for them to reconnect and enjoy each other while the woves get to hang out and bond. This house was perfect for just that. Wonderful location, beautiful accommodations, and well stocked with everything we needed. The personal letter and fresh made brownies were the perfect little touch. Look forward to booking here again!

Falcons and family for Christmas

Beautiful property steps from the marina but felt like it was in the woods. Clean, fully appointed with all the Kitchen needs taken care of. Sitting room has a cozy feel and was decorated for the holidays which really helped set a relaxing tone. Spared no expense on the mattresses. Some of the comfiest ever. Water pressure was amazing. Owners were very responsive and helpful when we needed help with the thermostat. Location was great for what we needed. Would stay again if in the area again!

Beautiful house!

We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect. The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee. The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway. The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat.

Great getaway

I wanted to not like this property so much because of a hiccup with scheduling that was on my part but when I got to the house and began my stay, there was no way I could leave a bad review of this house. The house was in great condition and very clean. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. The owner was always reachable and left a sweet welcome note and treat. I would definitely stay at this house again if we travel back to Buford.

Highly Recommend - 5-Star Owner/Property Managers

The house was not only in a great location but was exactly as described online...very comfortable all around, particularly the master bed. My 19-month old loved the fish pond and slide in the back...kept him busy and burned some energy for nap time. The owners were so responsive with questions and left some fish food for us to have some fun with our son in their pond out back on their patio. I will definitely stay here again in traveling back to the Atlanta area...what a great experience!
