"The room was clean in spite of showing some age. Furnishings and decor were comfortable but not beach themed. Ocean beach was not accessible for sunbathing, beach play or sitting which was a big drawback. Other than that, the facilities and property were very nice for the price. The restaurant did a great business but not well advertised. The check in process was easy but could have been more informative."

"They charge a resort fee of $30 per day. I don’t know why.. I didn’t see any organized activities anywhere .. there is a sizable space outside and they had a movie that was put up on Saturday night but I don’t see justification for that to get $30 by every room that stays there. Additionally, their pool was broke and their TV did not work in the fitness room. The breakfast was very good but of course you had to pay for it"

"Great location, very small unit for more than 2 people, could do with new mattress in bedroom, a memory foam would make a huge difference. The sofa bed was absolutely awful, so bad we had to put the mattress on the floor. The non stick frying pans were in desperate need of replacement, only 2 sharp knives. Front room rug needs to be taped down as it shifted very easily and could potentially cause a fall. The shower has no pressure at all but water was at least hot. Another lovely touch was the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. A few upgrades and i would book this place every time we visit Jekyll Island"
