For a reasonably priced, no frills motel we were quite impressed. There was plenty of space in the rooms, all the facilities were there, it was clean, comfortable and well laid out. We were worried at first about traffic noise but in fact it was not a problem at all.

It was functional in a very basic sense and clean. But it was a very tired motel and the room only just functional. That said, the AC was perfect and the TV good to watch the AO final on. Beds were fine.

this is a very average motel I realize it is one of the very early motels but maintenance is very poor, but it was comfortable for a short stay. The management were polite and helpful

The room was clean. The location was fine. Cutlery: got spoons x2, knives x2 but no forks. We had two bath towels but only one hand towel and one face washer.

The check in was terrible. No one present and when I rang the number on the window was told that Id been sent an email so I didnt need to call. Problem was I hadnt been sent an email nor had the 2 other couples I helped "check in". Despite the checkin experience, everything else was fine. Its a 3 star property so we werent expecting luxury. It was cheap and relatively clean. Some used towels left behind the bathroom door but everything else was fine.
