Pine Peaks Lodge & Suites
10/10 Excellent

Amazing Yard! Kayaks, Fire Pit, Games, Huge Family Room & More!
10/10 Excellent
"We really enjoyed our stay here. The house had a little for everyone. Some enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the lake while others enjoyed relaxing near the bonfire while taking in the beautiful sunset. The house itself was roomy enough for all 5 of us and the two levels allowed us to each have our own space. We even loved having the garage to play bags and ping pong when it was raining. We would definitely stay here again. "
"The home is well kept and easy to find. The home had most of the essentials. There were clean linens, dishes, paper towels, garbage bags, towels, shampoo, dish soap, etc.The rooms are spacious and work well. We had a frustration that none of the tables sat 6, but we knew that going in. One table seats 4, the counter seats 4, and the living room (upstairs and downstairs) both seat 5 comfortably and 6 if you don't mind being close. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. The location is great, the views are great, the dock was great. Despite being 8 acres, you do have neighbors on both sides (the lot must be very narrow). It didn't impact our stay, none of the neighbors were a problem. The beach was fantastic, probably the best beach we have been on. It is a good size - we played volleyball and it was not cramped. The lake is INCREDIBLE. This is a sandy lake and you can walk out 300' without dropoffs. Absolutely wonderful lake. The included toys were good. The kayaks are used but work well. The paddles are ok. The SUP is fine, missing the fins, but still useable. There are many toys in the TIKI hut. Some cheaper inflatables that we didn't use, but some yard game toys we did use; a fun surprise. The grill was only item needing real attention. Weber Genesis (we have same model) is on last legs. Overall we recommend. Good house, great location, incredible lake and beach."
"When we booked this VRBO it was for a family outing for my brothers engagement. There were 12 of us in total. Sadly the one issue we ran into was what is listed for 'sleeping' is not accurate. In total the house had a total of 8 beds. Even if all people that attended our weekend were couples, I would not say this could have accomidated more than 10 people. Only two of the beds were big enough that I would consider the bed to bed able to sleep more than two adults. Secondly, there are extra buildings on site thar are locked which I wish was available as part of the rental. Lastly, we ran into an issue when we stayed. There was heavy rain which caused some damage in the basement area of the rental, the floors/rugs felt damp and a part of the cieling downstairs was falling in. The owner was contacted and the issue was verbally addressed and stated it would be fixed. Overall, this was a great booking and we truly enjoyed our stay. I did want to mention the things above so future people that book are aware of them. I do recommend this VRBO."
*HIGH DEMAND* Sugar Sand Beach & Cozy Cabin That Sleeps 10 on Pelican Lake!
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed here with 4 adults and 4 kids (6 and under). The beach was awesome for the kids to play. We appreciated the sand toys, youth canoes and space for the kids to run around. There was plenty of firewood to use for fires to keep warm in the evenings and roast marshmallows. Overall we had a great time and it was a great place for kids to be able to play all day. A few notes"
