"Everything was absolutely perfect. We had a great stay. Just wanted to let you know that I believe you have a leak in the bathroom in the entryway. I would like to talk with you about it if possible. All three guys at the house this weekend are professional in the construction industry and we surveyed the problem. I would love to give you our thoughts. I don’t believe it is going to be a major repair but if not attended to could develop into a major repair. "We have a family vacation every year and have stayed at many different properties in Colorado and now Arkansas moving around for various reasons. But this property is in a perfect geographical location for members of the family to either drive or fly in. Anyhow, we enjoyed our stay. This is what I would refer to as an more "outdoor" location with a pool and the hottub. The three levels overlooking the pool was great as well as the two complete kitchens on the pool floor and the one above. Only thing I think would improve the experience is more chest of drawers in the bedrooms as they were pretty bare. If you are staying a week or so it's nice to unpack. Other that that the property was great. 15-20 minute drive to town areas which is perfect. The host was great and very responsive during the selection process. All went very smoothly during the stay and we can highly recommend this property. "

"Our stay started off rocky, as the air condition needed freon and the house was in the 80s when we walked in the door. However, Staci responded immediately and brought over a portal A/C unit and a few more fans, to try to keep us comfortable until the A/C repairman could get there. 9:00 the next morning (on a Saturday) the repairman was there and took care of the problem. One of the drains was also clogged and Staci had a plumber there around the same time to take care of that problem as well. You can't ask for better service! The rest of the trip was PERFECT! I'd like to highly recommend Beaver Skis if you want to rent jet skis. They delivered them to us by lake, to the house, and picked them up from us afterwards. No need to go pick them up from a marina and waste your rental time getting them back and forth, so we were able to use the jet skis the complete 4 hours we rented them, two days straight. The hot tub and grill are a great bonus after a long day of jet skiing. Those who wanted to jet ski were able to, and the rest stayed behind enjoying the hot tub, the view, and amazing hamburgers on the grill. The only downside was that the listing showed 2 sofa beds, but that is not the case. Neither sofa folds out, just FYI, so don't consider those when counting bed space. We will definitely rent here again!"

"This amazing, beautiful property had great space for all ages. The private bathrooms made it perfect for our extended family. We were able to celebrate our Razorback's graduation with paddle boarding, hiking, kayaking. The kids enjoyed the game room: plenty of space for grandparents too! Enjoyed the view immensely!"
