"Nice home that worked well for our stay. Lake access involves a steep climb, but we would book again for the view and location, which was central to all that we wanted to do when visiting the area. It was nice to have the hot tub on some of the cooler nights. Fenced backyard would be great if you travel with pets or young children. We saw deer in the yard beyond the fence on several occasions. Furniture by the fire pit is weathered and in need of repair or replacement."

"The home is nestled at the end of a quiet access point and very peaceful. very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed making our meals there and found the deck to be a great place for an evening meal when the weather is nice. The lake view was beautiful and calming. There is no shortage of fun family games to play as the sun sets into night. We thoroughly enjoyed a few games over our stay."

"We were looking for a space for our family of eight - and this was a great choice! Everyone got their own bed, and there was privacy for the upstairs and downstairs rooms, which was nice for our young adult children. Our teens stayed in the bunk room (which does need to share shower space with the primary bedroom). The location was peaceful, and once we got familiar with the area, a reasonable distance for day trips to Bentonville, Rogers, and Eureka Springs. The host was responsive as needs arose, and the expectations were clear. "

"As advertised. Lots of room to spread out in the house and great access to the lake. Somewhat steep decline down to the water but my son and I had no problem and caught lots of fish right off the dock! If I have to be picky, the house is a little dated, but as advertised. perfect for a family of five visiting Fayetteville, but wanting to be close to some fishing. Would stay again."
