"This hotel is beyond gorgeous, relaxing, and goes above and beyond! Everyone is so friendly and will help you with anything you need. The second you walk in you are greeted and shown around the property and treated like royalty. The breakfast was amazing and we had dinner there one night, which was also extremely delicious. "We had a fantastic stay at this lovely small hotel with amazing staff. It is located about 3K from Rethymnon old town making it a quieter location for a peaceful holiday, but there are still plenty of good eateries and shops near by and a taxi into town is 12 euro. The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. It’s right on the beach and boasts 3 pools (one of which is indoors). There are more sun loungers than guests so you will always find somewhere to soak up the sun whenever you venture out. The pools are all less than 1.5m deep and there is also a small toddler pool in the garden of the hotel. The beach is shingle so bring water shoes, and it gets deep very close to the shore so not really suitable for little ones. The restaurant is excellent and there is also a pool/beach bar during the day. We had a family suite which had a mezzanine for a king sized bed and sofa beds in the living areas. Slight criticism about this room type for a family. The room is pretty much all open plan inc the bathroom. The toilet and shower are in the same cubicle which although screened from the room with an opaque door, it’s not floor to ceiling so everyone in the room can hear and smell what you are up to. And you will get wet feet (and trousers) if you go to the loo after someone has had a shower."

"Lovely place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking can be difficult to find at certain times of day, but usually you find something. Pool was lovely. Rooms cleaned well, towels for pool provided. Coffee shops/bakeries, supermarket, laundromat at the end of the street. Lots of sets of approx 2-5 steps throughout the property, so although not multi-storey, is a bit of a work out managing luggage. Thanks for a great stay, I wouldn't hesitate to come back again."

"The hotel is clean, had great vibe and interior design. Amenities include a small gym with good equipment and a yoga studio. Good was fantastic, great section for meat and non-meat eaters. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and good service. Good selection of pools, just have to be up early for main pool ‘best’ beds, with canopies. Can’t fault the hotel but was disappointed with the reception service. We went for our honeymoon and pre-told the hotel. We weren’t given an upgrade like many couple we spoke to and like many reviews show. We actually were given a different room for the 1st night because our original room was broken. Meaning we had to move room the following morning and couldn’t unpack and relax the night of arrival. The room was bigger and reception made it sound like they were giving a complimentary upgrade (for 12 hours), though it was only because they had to and it actually gave us more inconvenience. As a ‘sorry’ we got given the same fruit platter and sparkling that we would have got anyway as it was our honeymoon. After that bad start the rest of the stay was lovely. "
