"We were there for 1 night, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean, didn't really like the glass panel in the bathroom, need motion lights on floor near bathroom instead. Was not impressed with having to pay for parking. This is added cost that should not happen. £11 per night if you get a code from reception if not £22. Location was right for us 10 minute walk to amenities."

"Room was clean and fresh although the bathroom ceiling could do with a bit of attention. Staff were very polite, cheery and helpful. Parking was easy and seemed to have plenty of spaces. Although we paid for 2 days breakfasts we only actually went once, there was plenty of choice and would recommend. My only disappointment was the garden, we paid for garden view room but there was not much view. The grass was dead although I did expect this with all the hot weather but shrubs and trees needed cut back, there was cobwebs all around patio area and the garden furniture was very tired looking. It was nothing like there photo on the website. It was more like a waste land. But saying this we had a great stay and would come back. "

"The spa facilities were closed, we were in in February and it was closed then too. The room was good and enjoyed the air conditioning in the room. The bed was comfortable to sleep in. The room was clean and the service staff made our bed up, they changed the cups in the room but not the glasses which was a pity. Overall it was a good place to stay."

"Great location, no view from the room, just a brick wall, bed creaky but comfy enough, parking expensive and limited, cheaper multi story 5 mins away. Overall, this hotel is great for location, and price."

"Very nice hotel. Very clean rooms food was excellent. The only one small negative was the room was very warm due to hot copper pipes running along the wall which were very hot. It was if you had radiator on. You felt it more because it was only a single room."
