"A very quick check-in by an attentive staff member. Quickly gave information about the airport shuttle. Saw him again at the end of his shift when he inquired how are state was and asked if there was anything else we needed. "

"This hotel is a little gem with shuttle service (fee) to Gatwick airport. It is winthin walking distance to pubs and shopping. It has a little restaurant and bar on premisis. Our fourth stay and will be back"

"Due to Covid and having to self isolate for 14 days on our arrival back to Canada, We decided in April to cancel the two rooms booked. We corresponded with Expedia and through them were advised that we would not be refunded. As we did not stay at the hotel we can’t really review. But we were disappointed that they did not even offer a partial refund - given the circumstances "

"This venue had a nice new tarmac drive and parking spaces. The interior however was a little dated. I was in room 4 on 2nd floor (no lift), and the noise coming from the other rooms and corridor was noticable. Ensuite was small, bed was okay, wifi was okay. There were a few places in the town centre to eat (evening meal) and a couple of cafes for breakfast. This was no more than a 10 minute walk. Had to pay £10 to park vehicle at venue."

"Nice location, close to the business I was visiting (and the airport). My room was at the front, so a bit noisy, but their policy states that noise free isn't guaranteed. Luckily, it wasn't too hot so it didn't matter that the windows were closed. Unfortunately, due to Covid, the bar and restaurant were closed so no food or drink, although my rate included breakfast. This was offset by the cancellation of the charge for parking (£8) so not a big issue."
