Good size enclosed walk in shower and decent water temperature. I dined as a party of 8 in the bar area, food was very good and decent choice on the menu. Staff very helpful and made lockable arrangements for my cycle overnight. I took advantage of the 6.30am breakfast start which was excellent and good choice on the menu. "What a gem of a hotel, situated right on the harbour with views across the marina.the staff were all so friendly and helpful, happily going above and beyond to provide 'wows'. We only had a standard room, but, in line with the whole hotel, it was beautifully and quirkily furnished, clean and well appointed. So lovely also to be served a top quality breakfast, without self service at a buffet. Not cheap, but highly recommended. Overall probably the best hotel experience I have had! We have no plans to visit Ipswich again, but I'd love to be able to move this place around to wherever I plan to visit. "
