Cycling heaven

"Great views to the lake and mountains with a friendly and helpful host. The apartment was clean, tidy and well equipped. We enjoyed cycling the many quiet tracks, used the bus to Fussen and train to Kempten, free with the guest card. Cable cars and castles all within easy reach."

"The view to the lake it’s beautiful. The apartment is ok. I found many spiders in the apartment, balcony and hall. There was no dish sponge, hand soap and just a little toilet paper. Spectacular location on the lake Hopfensee

"We are a family of 2 adults and 2 x teenage children. We stayed at the Villa for Christmas and we are so glad that we chose the lake rather than the town of Fussen. There are views of the alps from the lounge room and outside courtyard. It was wonderful waking up to the views of the lake. Lovely ..."
