It takes at least 90 minutes to get to the castle after collecting your tickets, parking your car, getting the shuttle bus or horse and carriage (or walking!) up the mountain to the castle. If you are coming by train, our office is at the end of the track in Füssen. If you are arriving by car, you can park beside our office to collect the tickets.

Pick up your tickets in good time -ONLY- from our office inside Füssen Train Station. We will provide you with maps and tips as well as your original tickets.

You can then make your way to Neuschwanstein Castle by car, bike or local bus.
