"Room was spotless, loved the hardwood floors. Bathroom was new, the place definitely is revamped. No bugs, no cockroaches, not even a spider. Close to everything including the jail. The only part that sucked was the broken elevator. Other than that it was a comfortable stay, and I have nothing bad to say other than the elevator being broken."

"The staff was nice, and the room was clean, but the beds are small. I wish it had just been some coffee or something in the morning. It felt empty in the lobby."
"The staff were as kind and helpful as they could be. We needed this room (2 miles from home) because our bathroom was being redone. When the project went an extra day, the manager went out of her way to make sure we could stay in the same room for the extra night. The night clerk was really helpful too when we checked in.
Again, the staff were great, and what follows should in no way reflect on their performance. But there are a few quirks about the place that I should mention.
1) the shower curtain only covered about 2/3 of the tub, leaving a chilly space on one end.
2) the door key and room entry is really weird, not at all intuitive. First, the card gets inserted with the printing upside down. Then when (if) a green light shows up, you have a brief time to lift the handle and then push it down to gain entry. Again, just plain weird. "
"Room 229: Broken door handles in comode in bathroom, side table inside door to the right is leaning so heavily that the Cooke bottle started to glide.
Carpet in Livingroom towards kitchen area so torn that i got studs/spikes destroying one of my socks.2 breakfasts I had to eat on paper plates and plastic cutlery. One breakfast the assortment was just half and on question if there was some natural yoghurt the response was a plain No the truck i delayed ..... time was 07:15 so I wasn´t even the first guest."
