"The house was lovely, we had to give it a clean as there was alot of dead bugs, dragon flies inside. The pool had cigarette butts in it and was dirty. Looked a little run down. We paid alot per night 1.6k, wasnt worth that at all. Had much better houses in Byron for alot less."

"The property was pet friendly even having a bed for the dog and bowls. The house has lots of steps so not ideal for people with any disabilities. House was spotlessly clean.Pool is a plunge pool and I had to be in contact with the owner to adjust temperature which is unusual.Lots of books in the house. Would be very cosy in winter.Pleasant walk to beach through park walk. Garden is well maintained and very tranquil.Only problem was alarm went off on the second night and we didn’t have code to turn it off. Did stop after a few minutes and code sent through a few hours later.Enjoyed our break here."

"A breathtaking property in a fitting location. Panoramic views of the water through floor to ceiling windows and palatial outdoor areas. The kitchen was wonderful for making grazing boards, the pod coffee maker kept us caffeinated, and the fridge was a great size for bottles of water and fruit plates. Beds were wonderfully comfortable (in huge rooms). Lots of space to feel comfortable and not on top of each other. Great water pressure in showers. Although we didn't indulge in the sauna or baths, it was great knowing that they were an option. Central climate control and zone split systems meant the temperature was optimal, and plenty of fridges and sinks for convenience. A perfect home base for a few days."

"The perfect base for a Mount Martha stay. Great for families. The property is clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The hosts are awesome and have thought of everything. From the house it's a 5 minute drive to.South Beach and the village. An excellent property and great value."
