"A very pleasant stay at the accommodation. Although it was only for one night, it was worth the money. However, there was an unpleasant smell that greeted you as you got into the apartment which you kind of get used to."

"While the bathrooms and kitchen look quite new and fresh the apartment was a bit dirty and smelly. Many of the walls and furniture were significantly marked, there was rubbish in one of the bins and a pile of what I can only assume was used towels and sheets in the laundry. We had to keep the windows open for our stay to air the place and wash all our clothes after becasue of the lingering smell. The ensuite was a bit smelly, but we could only shower there as there is no seal around the shower...

"We were parallel to Piccadilly near everything. The location is superb. The "back-picadilly" location might be off putting if you don't know Manchester layout. The lad showing us the flat was lovely Ground floor flat was slightly noisy, but once again, that's fine if you know the area Room and facilities first class "

"As a returning guest, it was a pleasure to come back again to the Sunshine Apartment. The owners and the team that run the accommodation are so kind and wish for you to have a perfect stay. The apartment is in a lovely area. I particularly enjoy the two big smart TVs in the lounge and bedroom when staying. The powerful hot shower. The peacefulness of the isolated apartment gives you maximum chance to relax. I look forward to returning once again in the future. "

Appeared great value at first but was awkward to enter, very noisy especially when we were unable to close high windows in bedroom and a disgusting matress and quilt we discovered we were sleeping on when removing sheets, as requested, at the end of our stay."

"We visited the apartment as a family of 4. The rooms are spacious, allowing us to set up the travel cots easily. The standard of the set up was fantastic. Small amenities were provided, such as coffee, tea, sugar, packaged milk, shampoos and soaps, detergent, washing up liquid... Making our stay so much more convenient as we didn't need to shop for them. The flat itself is beautiful, the bed was comfortable. It was a very clean, quiet building.
