"I put down for my boyfriend to be able to check in since he would be there before me….. they wouldn’t allow him to check in. I also booked a king size bed room and they gave me a room with 2 full size beds instead. The bathroom had stains on the walls. They also had the water shut off from 10am to 6pm the next day. When I booked it said check out was at noon how ever check out was 11am instead. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. The hotel seemed a bit run down. I don’t recommend this hotel in that plaza. The other 2 hotels in that plaza are far better. "

"Immaculate hotel in a love river setting. Rooms are large and nicely equipped and bathrooms are very clean and well stocked. Extra parking fee was small, but unexpected and no fridge in the room. But these are minor issues. Close to airport and shopping and minutes to lovely towns and beaches."

My suite was so quiet and comfortable and also clean with updated kitchen and bathroom amenities that were very nice. Housekeeping was also very accommodating and kind as well as the front desk staff. I plan to book another stay here and highly recommended to anyone. "
