We stayed for one night in the family suite ( myself, my daughter and my son (adult kids) We loved our room, the location, the surroundings and the friendliness of the staff. All was wonderful and we will be back! And we will tell our friends!

The bed was comfortable and the room was big. The area around the Lodge was scummy. Very hard to find. Entire outside of building looked dilapidated.

The woman at the desk was great. However, the lock on the door failed and we couldn’t get into the room after dinner, where our suitcases were. The staff person got a house cleaner who lives in the motel to help. She then got a man who was in her room to help. We recognized him as the man who had been “nodded out” in the parking lot earlier. He helped to open the door. The lock was not reliable to open the door from inside or out so We checked out and got a refund.

The staff is nice and accommodating. Beds and mattresses are good and clean. Small appliances all good updated and working. Good for quick stay. The pool isnt working. Room decor and furniture is poor condition hope the owners will find time to make a few fixes like cracked outlet panels to make it look more well kept for a older motel.

it was afordable and the beds were very confortable in addition there was a lot of hot water and the shower was easy to use plus I was there with my grandson and the selection for kids on the tv was awsome thank you for excellent service

We are a family of five with small children (the smallest is two years old).The check-in was fast and the staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean. The location was very convenient, only two blocks away away from Hope memorial park and near many of the popular local restaurants such as Hope Mountain Cafe, Blue Moose Coffee House, and Rolly's (right across the street). We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this motel.

The room design was very suitable for our group of 5 people. The separate room was a bonus. We arrived late and left very early the next morning, so the price point was appealing and hotel was adequate for our needs.

We checked in, went for dinner then came back. No hot water! We talked the the front desk and he said it was fixed. We then had to wait for about 5+ minutes every time we turned the water on for it to get hot. Not ideal for $155 a night. Won't stay there again. Dirty socks behind the headboard as well.

Property is very old and has never been kept up. Any attempts at repairs (holes on wall, flooring, bathtub faucet) are just that, attempts. The cleanliness is non-existent and we were hesitant to take our shoes off inside. Sadly, it was the only place in Hope that would allow pets. We were happy to leave this town.

This Motel had seen much better days, the furniture was Ikea at its worse, Broken and shabby Felt a little tired Swimming pool wasn't even being used, which disappointed my son

This place is a disaster. Solid rust stairs, filthy office. Pool hasn’t operated in years, Ice machine down, loud party neighbours… Hopes hotels are all old and in bad condition but this one tops them all.

No pool. We only booked for the pool. It was empty and had stuff stored all around it. Staff was friendly, place was clean, AC barely worked and did not cool down the room at all. We just sat and dropped sweat until we fell asleep.

Booked hoping for a pool, which was not told was closed until check in. Found the office in complete disarray. Zero effort put into the office to seem like it was even an office. My daughter pointed out while we were waiting for service something in a basket in the office in plain sight which ended up being an adult toy!

From the moment we checked in, we were disappointed. Run down office, attendant didn’t speak English. Booked for the pool, which was closed/not cared for. Sheets were stained with a hand written note to inform us they “were clean” surely a run down hotel charging these prices could afford NEW linens. Overall room was dirty, and there were drug addicts all around coming and going all night. Tried getting some sort of discount for the conditions as we weren’t able to find any other accommodations on such short notice. Hotel wouldn’t offer anything to make our stay more enjoyable. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hotel owner canceled our stay before we arrived. Did not have room, but was going to cancel someone else so we could have room. We declined. Had to travel 2 hours to find other accommodations. Communication/language issues. Hotel is old, very unclean, with junk piled everywhere, and has an unpleasant smell. Don’t stay here.

one-level motel which is nice. We ran a/c only on FAN and it was not noisy. remote control was essential because the a/c unit was near ceiling. problem with slippery tub/shower...no handlebars or handholds. no rubber mat to use....one of us slipped while getting into the shower. OUCH! using Expedia to book room went smoothly; clerk in the office did not have adequate proficiency in English language. Nice restaurant across the street is open for all meals; pricing and service was good.

The building looked like a patchwork and rusty stairs to the room. Faucets were leaking and looked mismatched. The fridge had old yogurts and a half empty pop can in it. The wifi did not work - tv did not connect. The advertised pool and reason why we booked there was not in use and did were told maybe in a few weeks. It’s noisy and travelling with the baby was not relaxing.
