"I had several interactions with staff and they were all great! Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, effective.
The building is a basic motel. The rooms have vinyl wood floors and are very clean.
I had two dogs with me and when I paid $175 extra it seemed maybe I should get something for that. But no dog bowls, no cookies, no poop bags. They weren’t set up to keep the room clean: no dog bed was provided and I had to use my own dog towels to wipe their feet. I also had to make a special request to get a sheet to cover the bed so we wouldn’t get mud on the beautiful white comforter s.
Made me think it was just a money grab. "
"The ocean was visible in the far distance looking over the parking lot, police station, and other buildings. This is a nice old building in need of updating all around. The heat was impossible to regulate, so we froze the first few hours and then it was too hot the rest of the time.
Staff was super friendly and helpful but they quit at 7. Also, the only ice machine in the entire building is located in their little store, so if you don’t get there before 7pm, you are out of luck. The pool area is old but it was decent. The workout area spills out from the workout room into the hall outside of the pool which was odd.
We had a good time but not sure this place is worth the money."
"Oh yes; dog treats in the lobby; BIG help with me maneuvering puppy dog outside with 3 legs and 15 years old; rearranging rugs to accommodate him as he’s terrified of falling on wood, linoleum, and tile floors. These people WERE NOT ASKED for help either; they saw me struggling with my back issues; jumped right in to make accessibility easier for my baby doggy!"
"The place is really nice, very relaxing, easy to work out of if you too. The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. The hotel was not full by any means in fact they didn't do the room the previous day until after 3pm so it should not have been a big deal and was very disappointing.
Otherwise it was really great and would highly recommend if you were in the area."
