"The staff was efficient and friendly. I personally think think they should have more variety on the menue. I really enjoyed the vegan egg rolls. Cecile who workes in the dining room was especially polite, and kind. Ill never forget when i wasnt feeling well and she helped me carry my food to my room.Cecile was always making sure i was satisfied.Cecile who works at the New Kingston Branch ."

"After a handful of stays here, this definitely feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a traditional hotel experience with typical hotel amenities, this may not be the spt for you (although it still may be - they have god wifi, TVs, a proper full kitchen, a pool and an onsite restaurant), but I will stay here every time I visit the Kingston area due to the good energy, friendly communication, beautiful property and location, the yummy breakfast - and the proximity to the things I want to do (Dub Club; Pretty Close; Penfield Falls). "This property is very worst and nasty to stay. I ever had any experiences that I had with this property. The staff were very rude and not responsive to my needs and questions about my situation. There is couple of room and only one bathroom. I won’t even recommend it to anyone else because it’s not worth it to pay for it. I don’t want to remember this property entire history of my life. Extremely bad experience with this property. "
