Beautiful place
We loved staying at the property. It has such a great view and the sun room was perfect for starting and ending our day in to watch the sun rise and set. The kitchen has everything we could've needed and the layout of the house was perfect for our little get together.

Wonderful retreat
We had a great weekend enjoying the comfortable home, watching the quail, and running into nearby Hood River. It was our second stay here and not out last, we hope.

Great stay while in Hood River for a wedding!
My kids loved the bunk bed room filled with books, toys and plenty of games/puzzles! The property was great with lots of room to run, basketball hoop and swing! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and house was clean! Would 100% stay here again.

Peaceful and Beautiful
The setting was remarkable! Often all you could hear was the wind moving through the trees or the water rippling through the creek. We loved the comfortable space the house afforded, all the morning light in the sunroom, and the convenience of the number of bathrooms. Everything we needed was there to help us enjoy our family time together, from a nicely stocked kitchen to games and puzzles to help us enjoy eachother's company. The starry night sky was amazing and watching the quails' parade was a treat. We all had a wonderful time!

Love this property! House is very spacious and accommodated all of our needs. Plenty of outdoor space for the 2 year old to run around safely. Highly recommended!

Family Reunion Success
Our family stayed at 3 properties in the Hood River area and Quail was easily the best! Great time had by all. Loved the solitude and beautiful property. Had everything we needed- very well stocked. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect weekend getaway
I spent a long weekend here with friends and it was a perfect place to hang out, play games, cook and run into town for outings. We loved seeing the quail and other birds. Great place!

Perfect getaway
Was here with my siblings and their families and it was just magical. The kids (and us adults too) loved the property space and the basketball hoop and ball in the backyard. Leaves were all changing too and it was gorgeous! Tons of space and the kitchen had everything you could want/need especially for a big group. Appreciated all the extra towels and blankets too. Great for all ages too. Would book again for a good family space that wasn’t far from town!

Wheelchair accessible property
This roomy home worked well for our family, and the ramp to the back door was ideal for our family member who uses a power wheelchair. We especially liked it’s location, less that 10 minutes away from downtown Hood River, and we loved watching the quail in the early morning. The kitchen was furnished with all we needed to prepare a few meals. We enjoyed driving the Fruit Loop, and visiting some markets, and wineries. We would love to return to Quail on Sunset!

White Salmon, Washington wedding
We were in the area for a wedding in White Salmon. Great property close to many terrific restaurants in downtown Hood River. The home was very kid friendly. Beds extremely comfortable and the home was very clean and had everything we needed. Many great parks and hiking opportunities close by. Very comfortable sunroom where we spent our mornings having coffee and there is a great backyard deck with plenty of seating where we spent evenings enjoying wine and snacks. Would stay again.

We stayed here while going on a whitewater rafting trip on the White Salmon River. The house and accommodations were excellent. I strongly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in the Hood River area.

Valley Birthday Getaway
We were impressed with our stay and enjoyed the little extras that were so well thought out -like the little Minnie Mouse dress-up dress that our four- year old granddaughter loved wearing, the sticker book that kept her busy for hours and the little packs of bird seed that drew the stellar jays in to the bird feeder and kept us entertained in the sunroom. Thank you for those little kindnesses that made our stay so special. We enjoyed the beautiful landscaping in the yard and took some nice family pictures with the barn as a backdrop. The one level layout of the home suited our get together wonderfully. Your place made my husband’s birthday a memorable one! Thank you again!

Great house and great property
The home is beautiful and there's lots of room for the kids to run around. Happy to see the solar panels as well. Plenty of kitchen utensils, towels, bedding etc. My only negative was the limited TV of Roku and Hulu, neither of which we subscribe. Would've preferred more traditional satellite like Uverse, Xfinity or whatever is endemic to Hood River.
