Please note this unit does not have A/C but stays comfortable with cool ocean breezes and ceiling fans throughout. For added convenience, the condo also includes an in-unit washer and dryer.

Please Note: The Hale Mahina pool will be temporarily closed for repairs beginning August 3, 2026. The pool is expected to reopen in approximately four weeks to eight weeks, subject to construction progress and weather conditions.

• The Public Beach Access Pathway project is slated to begin Q4 2026. A pathway is being added to the south side of the property abutting the drainage canal running from the street to the landing below the beach. Exact work dates to be determined.

• Pending Seawall and Sink Hole repairs. The AOAO is working with the County of Maui regarding this project. There is no repair schedule at this time. The resort expects to maintain lawn and full beach access throughout all future work phases, however some area may be cordoned off for safety

Standard Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation notice is received 30 or more days prior to the check-in date, a 100% refund will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
If cancellation notice is received at least 14 days prior to the check-in date, 50% of the booking will be refunded within 10-14 business days from receipt of written cancellation.
For a cancellation notice received after 14 days prior to the check-in date, a refund will not be issued other than the departure cleaning fee.
