- Makani Sands #103 is a one Bedroom right on the ground floor where you can walk right out to grass and beach. There is a lanai off the living room that opens to the ocean side. The lanai has a table and chairs so you can sit outside and sip your morning coffee, or watch the sunset. The bedroom is on the mountain side with a king bed and a TV. There is a sofa bed in the living room for an extra guests. There is a newly remodeled spacious kitchen with granite counters and all the necessary appliances. The living room on the ocean side has a TV and CD player for your enjoyment. The bathroom has a walk-in-shower with a safety bar. Come and stay in Makani Sands condo #103, your home away from home on Maui.ICE COLD AC JUST INSTALLED!!!
