The space features a queen bed in a separate bedroom, a murphy bed in the living room with a ceiling mounted privacy curtain, and also a comfortable new style pull out sofa bed, making it perfect for a small group or a couple. The condo stays comfortable with 2 ultra quiet Midea inverter air conditioners, and thoughtful touches like a dedicated office space and built in washer/dryer add convenience. This peaceful retreat invites you to relax on the direct ocean front lanai after a day of exploring. Only 30 feet to a beach or pool (tucked around the corner...so no pool or guest noise). 100 feet to parking. Wifi. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

We enjoyed our stay in 104. The view from the lanai was wonderful. The property was clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a great stay and the host was responsive and helpful.
