"Large house with plenty of room for 10 adults to enjoy time together as well as alone. Evenings spent relaxing on the lanai watching spectacular sunsets over the ocean waves offered the perfect way to end our sun-soaked days. Patrick & Jules were exceptionally responsive & helpful during our stay. Would definitely stay at Hale La again. "

"My wife and I stayed at Kai Nalu with two of our adult sons and daughter-in-laws. It was very accommodating for our ohana gathering. We had 3 rental vehicles between us. There was plenty of parking for all. The kitchen and front room were big enough and well-equipped for family style cooking and meals. The washer and dryer were great and in use every day. Each couple had their own bathroom which was a huge plus. The location is excellent. Most mornings we gathered as a family on the backyard beach to watch the Kauai sunrise. Hearing the waves crashing on the beach morning and night added a touch of perfection to our vacation. Shopping, food and shave ice were all a short walk away. The neighbors on either side were very kind and friendly. For Kauai standards, this is a very large, roomy home. We didnt even have to use the 4th bedroom and bathroom. We were very pleased with our choice. If you're staying in Waimea, this is an excellent choice for family/large group accommodations. If i had to choose between the Waimea Plantation Cottages and Kai Nalu, I'd choose Kai Nalu every time! Mahalo!!!"
