Nothing “magical” about this Disney stay. Staff were obnoxious, beds extremely uncomfortable, no room service, over priced restaurant, poor quality food, half the hotel was a construction site. We’ve stayed at a lot of Disney hotels over the world and this was by far the worst experience

The room is big and spacious. Just remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they don’t provide in the rooms. The staff are so friendly. Four Points By Sheraton Hong Kong, Tung Chung
It was very convenient to take a MRT to and from main business centers in Kowloon and Hongkong with the hotel’s shuttle services between the hotel and the MRT station running every 30 minutes. Hope that the airport shuttle service runs more frequently, maybe every 30 minutes.

The room was clean but dated. The walls were thin. There was no usb outlet. The breakfast was ok with not much variety. The hotel was in a very busy area, convenient but noisy.
