Great hotel, beds were quite hard but you’re so tired after a day at Disney it doesn’t matter! Great facilities and walkable to the park.

Staff were all friendly, efficient and professional. They went above and beyond, we arrived well before check in after an over night flight, they gave us access to kids play room, change room with showers, pool and sauna. We had great coffee and fresh fruit for the kids in the cafe in the lobby. Room and facilities were all clean. Bed comfy and hotel was quite enabling a great sleep before early flight the next day. Airport shuttle service was very convenient. Plenty of food options but we did...

Accessibility to variety of transport
Security and friendliness of staff. A map showing location of facilities at the hotel would have been helpful also a mud map of routes to various modes of transport .

The staff at this hotel make it second to none! Amazing location away from the hussle of downtown, but the free shuttle bus to the train station makes everything so easy to access. We caught an uber to Disneyland, easy and cheap enough.
The rooms were clean, with kitchenette and great views out over the water.

The facilities in the Hotel are great. Good sized room, large King size double available, great views over the harbour. Two TVs, one in bedroom the other in sitting area.
It is not close to shops or MTR but there is a courtesy bus. I walked the 30 mns to Tsuen Wan Wesr MTR along walking track which was very pleasant.

The only drinkable coffee in that area, at the same time they promote and reserve local culture more than the government :)
