It was an excellent stay. Everything was excellent staying at Level 45 with my family. The services, the staff, the room, the amenities and the activities were all superb. My daughters would not even want to leave the hotel!!

Everything was good. Only suggestion. Didn ’t really think it’s needed for someone to knock on my door in the afternoon to ask us if the room was cleaned to our liking. Think phone call would have been good. Was trying to take a nap in the afternoon when they came knocking on the door.
