La Roseraie: large 2-room apartment with 200 sq.m garden in the heart of Honfleur

  • La Roseraie apartment is located in a small building named Sainte-Victoire. La Roseraie is on the north-facing first floor and on the south-facing ground floor of a shipowner's house. Thanks to this orientation, you will be able to enjoy a 200 sq.m south-facing garden in a very peaceful setting.
    The apartment consists of a large living area which includes a kitchen and a dining room; it is separated from the living room by a glass wall. The living room opens onto the garden. There is a double bedroom with private bathroom. During the renovation of the apartment, we made sure to maintain the authenticity that the shipowner had given to the building.
