Nice hotel in new town.
Located two minutes from the beach and lots of restaurants. Parking was a problem , although the hotel inferred there was parking it was actually in the street and was only free between eight pm and ten am. The breakfast was meagre.

The room is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. The breakfast is great with freshly squeezed orange juice. It worths more than 9 euros. However, I wasn't told the room was (half-)underground basement with small windows without any town views. I missed a boiling pot to make hot tea in the room.

Stylish & Comfortable place! Lots of cool design touches in the room. Friendly staff and great info beforehand about where to park. 1 minute from all the tapas bar. Will stay again - for sure.

Superb Hotel in perfect location, near to everything and yet it was quiet at night. The bedroom and shower room were immaculately clean. Lovely to have a small fridge in the room with water replaced every day. We chose to have breakfast which was excellent, freshly squeezed orange juice, coffee and great selection of fruit, cereal, breads, ham and cheese etc etc A great start to the day. The reception staff and breakfast staff are all so lovely and friendly, they welcomed us everyday and gave us great tips and shared local knowledge. We loved it and would highly recommend. We were sad to leave and we will definitely be back.

Modern refurbishment gave the hotel a good overall impression. Breakfast was excellent and amazing value for just €5 extra. All the charming receptionists spoke good English. However, the room was always warm even with the large picture window fully open. No air conditioning. No international TV channels. Room size was small and other rooms on the upper floor were similar. No lift. Parking underground in another building was confusing as the hotel reserved bays didn't have notices. More instructors needed here?

Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer hat eine gute grösse. Alles ist vorhanden und die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Wir geben die Maximalnote und kommen gerne wieder .

las habitaciones están muy bien, aunque habría que decir que están en un bajo; por lo menos algunas. Muy bien ubicado dentro de la ciudad, a unos 15 minutos de la playa andando.

Accès un peu difficile à trouver, mais chambre très tranquille et petit déjeuner sympathique notamment l’excellent jus d’orange Proximité de la vieille ville et des bars/restaurants à noter pour éviter l’usage du véhicule

Wat een mooi hotelletje! Overal vlak bij. De parkeergarage aan de overkant is misschien te krap voor een grotere auto, maar we konden buiten parkeren.

Tout s’est très bien passé. Un peu compliqué pour trouver l’entrée, mais tout est ok. Accueil très sympathique et de grande qualité. Personnel aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner extra , avec des produits frais et variés, jus d’orange fraîchement pressé sous nos yeux et tout cela a un tarif défiant toute concurrence. Un grand bravo. Nous reviendrons très certainement, dans tous les cas nous vous recommanderons

No era lo esperado.
Si te hospedas en la habitación 16 te sorprenderá tanta diferencia con las impresiones que por las fotos que has podido ver del hotel pudieras tener. Es una habitación muy pequeña, muy irregular, con un armario inexistente sustituido por unas pocas baldas a la vista, con una ventana pequeña que da a un patio interior a ras de suelo. Es imposible ver si está nublado o hace sol. Sin aire acondicionado, únicamente un ventilador de pie. Por las fotos de la web, los comentarios leídos, y el precio/noche, la habitación probablemente no cumpla ni de lejos tus expectativas. En sí, es un hotel extraño. Se accede por una bajada de coches de un aparcamiento de una comunidad privada. La recepción tiene horario limitado de 09 a 20:30 h. Tiene al parecer solo 10 habitaciones distribuidas en un piso bajo y en una planta subsuelo. Obviando el tema de la habitación hay, no obstante, aspectos positivos. La ubicación es buena, la decoración minimalista, pero todo con aspecto de nuevo. Está limpio. Dos botellitas de agua de cortesía. El baño, está bien, aunque también muy irregular y pequeño, y con los amenities justitos (el primer día un botecito de champú, y otro de gel pero ya mediado), pero funciona todo perfectamente, la grifería es nueva y la ducha cómoda. Viajo con mucha frecuencia a la bahía del txingudi. Hondarribia, Irún, Hendaye,... cada tres semanas me hospedo algunos días en hotel. Lo elegí por no disponibilidad en los habituales, y por conocerlo. No sé si repetiré, lo dudo.

Buenos días Vicente, Sentimos que su estancia en nuestro hotel no haya sido totalmente de su agrado; comentarle que como en todos los hoteles, hay habitaciones diferentes dependiendo de su orientación. Todas nuestras habitaciones están igual decoradas y más o menos todas las dobles tienen el mismo tamaño, sólo las habitaciones familiares (cuádruples o triples) son más grandes. Por otro lado, la información que redacta no es correcta. No tenemos 10 habitaciones en piso bajo, nuestras habitaciones están distribuidas en dos plantas. Nuestro horario de Recepción finaliza a las 21h y hacemos todo lo posible para que los clientes que lleguen más tarde sepan cómo acceder al hotel y la mayoría lo hace sin problema. Además de disponer de dos teléfonos de atención 24h para cualquier tipo de emergencia. Un saludo, Todo el equipo de Hotel Onyarbi
