Security Cameras
Exterior cameras are installed at entry points (front porch, driveway, and back deck), facing outward. Please treat our home with care and respect as if it were your own. During your stay, please take extra care to not leave food out overnight or unnecessarily as there are bears in Lake Tahoe. Please take out any trash in supplied trash bags and place outside in the locked ‘bear box’ trash bin.
Check out is at 10am and our cleaning crew arrives promptly due to same day turnovers / check-ins. Please load the dishwasher and start the cycle. Please place any trash securely in the locked bear box out front (use the hanging key on the right side to open the door, and please remove the key from the keyhole once it`s locked. Trash pickup is Wednesday morning). Please turn the heating down, lights off, fireplace off, and make sure doors are locked and bear wires activated.
Thank you for treating our home with care!

Beautiful A Frame - great location and gorgeous decor
The A frame is a beautiful property. The decor and styling was top notch….The best I’ve seen at a short term rental. Hot tub and indoor fireplace were very appreciated amenities. Kitchen was well stocked.
Clean, well designed, updated, full of games and TVs. Beds are very comfortable. Great location to quickly get to Emerald Bay area hikes including Eagle and Cascade Falls. Nespresso-type coffee machine with milk frother was great! Easy to use bear-protection system made us feel safe while we slept. Kids loved the hot-tub. Absolutely 5 star stay!
