"Pros…location right off the Mass Pike and 10 minutes from downtown Springfield. Looked modern, and was very clean. Staff was nice. Cons…paper thin walls. The guests around us were loud but it was a Saturday night and probably enjoyed some beverages but they weren’t obnoxiously loud, we just heard everything through the walls. Every laugh, every word, and worse every hacking cough. I wish I spent a little more and stayed at the casino. The breakfast was an average chain hotel buffet. Not bad, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, pancakes, and cereal. Coffee was good. If you’re under 30 and just want a place to crash for the night it’s probably fine. I wouldn’t bring my family or stay for business. "

"Probably was misleading about amenities! I signed up for a swimming pool which is picture and made to look indoor but in actually was an outdoor pool that was closed. The beds were broken and slanted in the rooms. Bathroom was smelling really bad as if it was just used before we came in. The worst place I've ever stayed in I felt embarrassed that I had my children with me"

"I have stopped at this hotel many times before, and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The shower was just luke warm and the bath towels were disappointingly thin and small. The room smelled stale and the refrigerator was not clean. The breakfast was adequate offering some hot options, but predominantly highly processed foods and weak coffee- and the real crime playing on the tv in the morning was an odd choice, and a disturbing way to start the day. On the positive side, checkin staff was polite, the bed was comfortable, and convenient to the Mass Pike. I also appreciated the pet-friendly rooms and outdoor area. "

"Place was awful. Didn't expect much at all, but far worse than I would have ever imagined. I plugged in the air conditioner and the outlet started to smoke Got a new room, should have gotten a different hotel Next room. Air conditioner couldn't be adjusted, the knob was broken. Turned on the microwave and blew a fuse. Tv wouldn't work"

"Everything was great. I’m a OCD person so the lights in the room and all countertops need to be wiped down but overall I would stay here again."
