"Property was clean. Staff were good but the staff assume everyone is a transit passenger so they send you to wrong location for breakfast, ask you for a voucher to get the shuttle to airport from airport to hotel which was a bit frustrating. "

"ALL STAFF WERE VERY KIND AND HELPFUL. WHEN I WAS IN KNEE PAIN, THEY WERE SO GOOD TO HELP ME TO MY ROOM, BRING MY BREAKFAST TO MY ROOM, A WHEELCHAIR AND TRANSPORT TO MY DOCTOR. GREAT JOB!!"
"The Hilton in Addis Ababa is one of the oldest hotels in Addis so some of the fixtures are dated but the staff were extremely kind (airport shuttle driver, clerk at check in, front of the restaurant staff (for breakfast)) - all just extremely nice. My check in process was smooth and the view was great. Finally, there was live music on the Sunday night which was really nice. "
