"A pleasant stay. AC and wifi works great. We enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet before we went off exploring and kids always looked forward to it. Hotel was clean and everyone was over welcoming adding joy to our stay. I requested for a baby crib, microwave ahead of arriving and it was ready in the room waiting for me. They had high chairs in their restaurants as well. We stayed at Hayatt Addis very comfortably. Pool was great as well. "

"If eating what you want is priority then here you can cook for yourself. I spent more than a week in the two-bedroomed and life was good. If you want to stay as a group, family on just to feel like home then book it. The breakfast service is well run. Laundry is super. Liked the space but the main bed needs replacement soon. "Staff are great and helpful. However, when a hotel rates itself a 4-Star, service, food quality, cleanliness, shower, toilets etc should meet the requirements. Showers do not drain, toilet is smelly, mini fridge barely works.., pillows are most uncomfortable and do not meet 4-Star standard. Furthermore: safe box did not have proper easy to follow instructions… and can be easily opened by any one, just terrible. We arrived early and were told No breakfast on the first checkin day.., fair...
