"When we got there, we had to call to to get a code in order to get in the building and we’re told to go to room number one and the door was wide open with no key to lock it and we found paper on the floor in the bathroom and no towels after a while we got that resolved and spent the night the sinks ..."

"It was 5 star on almost everything. The reason I gave a 3 star is the room had an enormous chemical smell and while the ac worked it didn't seem to work to well. I will say the ac may well have been user error. It was a fancy in ceiling device with a remote. I do believe I was using it right but ..."
