OFF-SEASON SPECIAL: Monthly rental program Dec 1 through Apr 1 an amazing $1,500 a month!

Spacious living room with gorgeous second floor views of ocean and pool from the private balcony and living room. Ocean front community with access to shops and restaurants. Super comfy king bed in master. We focus on couples and allow only 3 people max which means our condo is cleaner and in better condition than most. We work hard to keep it looking THE BEST unit in the Surf.

We have opened up the kitchen ceiling so it is spacious and filled with natural light from the living room. We updated the lighting and paint as well. We are allowing guests to use our downstairs storage locker at no cost to store your beach chairs/etc. You can also use our items inside knowing if you break something, replace it. Also if you want to leave items you don't want to bring home and in new condition, leave in the locker for others to use.

------ Please note - 2021 bookings forward: We no longer offer any bedding, linens, towels, etc. The company listed below is highly recommended and services most of the island rentals: website is: sweetdreamlinens.com or call 910.328.5312. They deliver to our condo. We do provide a starter kit of bathroom items so you can just drop your luggage off and hit the beach or pool. The view from the living room and balcony overlooks the beautiful courtyard, new pool and of course the gorgeous Atlantic ocean. **Pool opens early April and remains open until end of October.


*4 Golf courses within 15 minutes of condo. Restaurants and shopping are less than 1 mile away. The master bedroom has a king size bed with nightstands and dresser for your storage needs. A private 1/2 bath is adjacent to the master bedroom and includes a full size clothes closet. Additional guest sleeping is accommodated with a twin bed tucked away in a cozy alcove. The entire unit was recently renovated and we pride ourselves on spending money each year to keep the unit sparkling. A full kitchen with new cabinets includes all appliances including oven & cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Other appliances include Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. The unit has all new flooring and and has been freshly painted. In addition, the unit has a brand new sliding door for access to the deck for viewing the ocean and new pool complex. Your family can enjoy their meals at the breakfast bar, the dining room table or out on the lovely wooden deck. Access to the pool or ocean is just steps away from unit 522. You never have to leave the property to enjoy the pool or sand beach.

Surf Condominiums has a NEW full washer and dryer facility located on site and also provides off street private parking for owners and guests. Surf City is very safe and family friendly beach community. We provide keyless entry to our complex entrance and remote keyless entry to our condo. NO keys required. There are no elevators on property nor is the unit handicap accessible. We are confident you will enjoy the condo, complex and community as much as we do.

Topsail never disappoints

No matter where I stay on the island we always have a great time. Your place is no exception. The surf is great because it's ocean front and has a pool. Your home was beautiful and fully stocked. Perfect for Us!

My husband and I visited from Montana. Our son is stationed at New River and he was able to come stay a few days with us. We had so much fun at the beach and all the recommended restaurants were DELICIOUS! The condo was clean and so nice we loved it!! It was perfect for us!! We look forward to coming back! Loved the security into the location too! Thank you for such a great experience!

Perfect Vacation Spot

Beautifully maintained condo

Condo was very clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful 4 day vacation looking for sharks teeth and sitting by the ocean. The pool is well maintained with plenty of chairs. Would highly recommend for anyone that wants a carefree vacation.

Perfect property for our last minute weekend getaway!

This was a great last minute find when we didn't think it'd be possible. The perfect size for just the two of us. Located in a great community with an awesome pool. Close to so many attractions.

Great little place in Surf City

Sunshine is a very great little place to stay in Surf City. Views from the balcony were great, and made for fun mornings and evenings watching the ocean! The zero entry pool was perfect for our 1 year old grand daughter to walk into with us, and the beach access here is also very easy to use. We did have a little hiccup with the linens (you have to rent your own from a separate service) but Hunt made it right and helped us out. We would definitely stay here again.

Best condo ever!

The condo looks even better in person than in the pictures! The neighborhood is great and the location is perfect. The view from the balcony of the pool and the ocean is wonderful. Hunt and Leigh were the nicest and most helpful and communicative hosts. Sometimes at a rental, the furniture feels cheap and not very comfy but all of their furniture was beautiful AND very comfortable. My boyfriend and I can’t wait to make staying here a yearly tradition.

Our First Visit to Topsail Island

We had a great stay. The location couldn’t be more perfect. Easy beach access, close to so many restaurants and shops! Having the pool was great for days we couldn’t get in the ocean. The only negative I can think of is the internet. It kept kicking me off while I was using it and not all of our devices would connect to it. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nice condo with ocean view

My husband and I stayed at the condo for a week and had a great time! The hosts were communicative during the whole process. We had some issues initially getting into the condo, but it was quickly rectified. The condo itself is very clean and looks recently updated. The bed was large and comfortable. The internet is somewhat spotty, but other than that everything was great! Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful vacation home at the beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this summer! The unit had plenty of space for myself and my 2 teens. There was plenty of storage and closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and I spent the early mornings working there. The pool was a real bonus! It was great for people of all ages and abilities because it was a walk-in with very shallow end. There were plenty of chairs and even shady pergolas in the pool area.

vacation Topsail NC

This was our first visit to Topsail Beach, NC. My husband and I stayed at the Sunshine Condo hosted by Hunt and Leigh Reifschneider. Our hosts were wonderful. We were able to contact them with any questions and they promptly responded . The Condo was immaculate and nicely decorated . It was so cute. My favorite was the kitchen which was well equipped including a dishwasher and a kuerig coffee machine.Was able to see ocean from the deck. We had access to a wonderful , beautiful,clean pool. We had great beach access which was on the grounds,just a short walk from the Condo. The grounds were very well kept. It was also great to have a beach locker on site in which to put your sandy beach stuff in. Felt the complex to be in a very safe area with security available and property manager on site if needed.Look forward to going back again. Thank you Hunt and Leigh!

We really enjoyed our stay! We stayed over Labor Day weekend and fully expected it to be loud. Considering everything it was a quiet stay with the exception of occasional foot traffic from above. The WiFi was in and out but we didn’t mind. King bed was comfy! Our favorite was the view, how close it was to the beach and the pool! We would definitely plan another stay here!

The Condo was perfect for a girls getaway. Everything you needed was provided and the spices on hand were a plus. Would definitely book this gem again.
