"The bathroom needs some work. Inexpensive things like bleach to get rid of mold. The fridge needed defrosting. Changed towels twice, but never left more soap, very strange. Very good TV and WIFI connection. Overall, the fair room rate would be approx. 80.00 nightly. The property is very old, and I guess they are trying their best to keep it going. Met the owner at the front desk, and he was very accommodating."

"Room had a beautiful view of the river and the city of Manchester. The hotel was conveniently situated yet quiet. The room, with two queen beds, was clean and attractive, with a roomy bathroom and shower. The beds were so comfortable! Friendly, helpful staff. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"This is our second time at the Double tree in Manchester, NH. The main reason for choosing the hotel was its location. We came for a concert and it is across the street from the venue. The staff is very nice and helpful. The restaurant was quick and good, just what you need when you have a concert to attend. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would recommend the Double tree to anyone."

"The hotel was decent overall the price of the room was inflated because there was an NHRA event in which I attended . The free breakfast wasn’t served till 7 am which was a little late because you need to be at the track early which they should have known The room was ok the toilet and shower are together in a dark room with a very noisy fan that went on every time you turned the light on The toilet was very low to the ground and also as a special added bonus the toilet water in the bowl itself was high so that every time I sat you touched the water Not really a turn on for me In any case I will never stay at this hotel Some might like the extra added bonus but I didn’t care for it"
