"If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected...

Pytloun Schlosshotel Weikersdorf

Pytloun Schlosshotel Weikersdorf

8/10 Good
"Interesting property in that it’s a former castle and has old world charm. Nice breakfast buffet everyday. Indoor pool and sauna were quite nice as well. On the flip side, the elevator didn’t work. The room key kept malfunctioning which required getting it reactivated everyday. The property is a bit worn and aging in a few ways. One annoying thing is the lack of power outlets near the bed (just one). Overall a good stay but could’ve been better."
