"We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a short walk from the beach and convenient to Newport downtown and Depoe Bay. The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a safe area and we got great recommendations from Jolene for restaurants and beach access. We will be back for sure!"

"This was our 1st stay at this hotel in Newport. The sign in area and restaurant area are beautiful. The room was clean, but if you have short likes, like I do, ask to have the bed lowered. (I didn't know they could do that until we checked out.) They could use some more comfortable chairs to sit in, if you plan to spend any time in your room. Loved the bathroom mirror. The spa-hot tub area is new and well presented and the hot tub was heavenly."

"The views from Sunset Haven were amazing. My only issues were the noise from the visitors above me, There were a few things that were uncleanly like an emergency evacuation plan on the door. It looked like someone had spilled coffee on it, and someone had loosely put a piece of tin foil over the peephole in the door. And there was only one tissue in the tissue box dispenser. But in general it was clean and nothing can beat the views. The management is not on site which felt a little strange. And I have concerns about the security of the key boxes that they use. But I would consider staying there again."
