"The staff at the desk was very helpful and accommodating. We asked for a lower level room, later in the evening when we checked in and she made arrangements. We appreciated her kindness. They do use a room freshener that was quite apparent. While it made the room seem fresh, it was really overpowering for me."

"Very clean and comfortable atmosphere. 3 good dining options on property. Fabulous indoor pool and hot tub, all heated. No crowds. Very calming. Lovely place to relax. We don’t gamble, just enjoyed a relaxing night in a beautiful hotel."
